As stated here in the Holy scriptures, it is God alone who is the undisputed original light of the world . And this is confirmed later in Genesis Chapter 1 verses 14 - 18 that say's "Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. He went on to Create two great lights; the greater light to rule the day (he called one the Sun,) and the lesser light to rule the night (he called the Moon:) he made the stars also. And, aa stated it was God himself who set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the whole earth, in order to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and only God declared and decreed over all heaven and earth that it was good.
