Unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul. O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me. Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause. Shew me thy ways, O Lord; teach me thy paths.

Psalm 25

25 Unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.
2 O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.
3 Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.
4 Shew me thy ways, O Lord; teach me thy paths.
5 Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.
6 Remember, O Lord, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old.
7 Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness' sake, O Lord.
8 Good and upright is the Lord: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
9 The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.
10 All the paths of the Lord are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
11 For thy name's sake, O Lord, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.
12 What man is he that feareth the Lord? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.
13 His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth.
14 The secret of the Lord is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.
15 Mine eyes are ever toward the Lord; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net.
16 Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted.
17 The troubles of my heart are enlarged: O bring thou me out of my distresses.
18 Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins.
19 Consider mine enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with cruel hatred.
20 O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.
21 Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee.
22 Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.

Psalm 26

26 Judge me, O Lord; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the Lord; therefore I shall not slide.
2 Examine me, O Lord, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.
3 For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth.
4 I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers.
5 I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked.
6 I will wash mine hands in innocency: so will I compass thine altar, O Lord:
7 That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all thy wondrous works.
8 Lord, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thine honour dwelleth.
9 Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men:
10 In whose hands is mischief, and their right hand is full of bribes.
11 But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity: redeem me, and be merciful unto me.
12 My foot standeth in an even place: in the congregations will I bless the Lord.

25 हे यहोवा, मैं अपना मन तेरी ओर लगाता हूँ।

2 हे मेरे परमेश्वर, मैं तुझ पर भरोसा रखता हूँ; मुझे लज्जित न होने दे, मेरे शत्रु मुझ पर जयवन्त न होने दे।

3 हाँ, जो तेरी बाट जोहते हैं, वे लज्जित न हों; जो अकारण अपराध करते हैं, वे लज्जित हों।

4 हे यहोवा, अपने मार्ग मुझे दिखा; अपने पथ मुझे सिखा।

5 मुझे अपने सत्य पर ले चल, और शिक्षा दे; क्योंकि तू ही मेरा उद्धार करनेवाला परमेश्वर है; मैं दिन भर तेरी बाट जोहता हूँ।

6 हे यहोवा, अपनी कोमल दया और करूणा को स्मरण कर; क्योंकि वे तो सदा से हैं।

7 मेरी जवानी के पापों और मेरे अपराधों को स्मरण न कर; हे यहोवा, अपनी दया के अनुसार अपनी भलाई के कारण मुझे स्मरण कर।

8 यहोवा भला और सीधा है; इसलिये वह पापियों को मार्ग की शिक्षा देगा।

9 वह नम्र लोगों को न्याय में मार्ग दिखाएगा, और नम्र लोगों को अपना मार्ग दिखलाएगा।

10 जो लोग यहोवा की वाचा और चितौनियों को मानते हैं, उनके लिये उसके सारे मार्ग करूणा और सच्चाई के हैं।

11 हे यहोवा, अपने नाम के निमित्त मेरे अधर्म को क्षमा कर, क्योंकि वह बहुत है।

12 वह कौन मनुष्य है जो यहोवा का भय मानता है? उसे वह उसी मार्ग पर चलाएगा जो वह चुनना चाहे।

13 उसका प्राण सुख से रहेगा, और उसका वंश पृथ्वी का अधिकारी होगा।

14 यहोवा का भेद उसके डरवैयों के पास है, और वह उन्हें अपनी वाचा बताएगा।

15 मेरी आंखें सदैव यहोवा की ओर लगी रहती हैं, क्योंकि वही मेरे पांवों को जाल से छुड़ाएगा।

16 मेरी ओर फिरकर मुझ पर दया कर, क्योंकि मैं उजाड़ और पीड़ित हूं।

17 मेरे मन का क्लेश बढ़ गया है; हे मुझे मेरे संकटों से निकाल।

18 मेरे दु:ख और पीड़ा को देख, और मेरे सब पापों को क्षमा कर।

19 मेरे शत्रुओं पर ध्यान दे, क्योंकि वे बहुत हैं; और वे मुझ से क्रूर घृणा करते हैं। 20 हे मेरे प्राण की रक्षा कर, और मुझे छुड़ा; मुझे लज्जित न होने दे; क्योंकि मैं तुझ पर भरोसा रखता हूं। 21 खराई और सीधाई मुझे बचाए रख; क्योंकि मैं तेरी बाट जोहता हूं। 22 हे परमेश्वर, इस्राएल को उसके सब संकटों से छुड़ा।

26 हे यहोवा, मेरा न्याय कर; क्योंकि मैं खराई से चलता आया हूँ; मैं ने यहोवा पर भरोसा रखा है; इसलिये मैं नहीं डगमगाऊँगा।

2 हे यहोवा, मुझे परख और परख; मेरे मन और हृदय को परख।

3 क्योंकि तेरी करूणा मेरी आँखों के सामने है, और मैं तेरे सत्य के मार्ग पर चलता आया हूँ।

4 मैं न तो निकम्मे लोगों के संग बैठा, और न कपटियों के संग जाऊँगा।

5 मैं बुरे लोगों की संगति से घृणा करता हूँ, और दुष्टों के संग नहीं बैठूँगा।

6 मैं अपने हाथों को निर्दोषता से धोऊँगा; हे यहोवा, मैं तेरी वेदी की परिक्रमा करूँगा।

7 मैं धन्यवाद के शब्द से प्रचार करूँगा, और तेरे सब आश्चर्यकर्मों का वर्णन करूँगा।

8 हे यहोवा, मैं तेरे भवन के निवास से, और तेरे महिमा के निवास के स्थान से प्रेम रखता हूँ।

9 मेरे प्राण को पापियों के संग, और अपने प्राण को खूनी लोगों के संग न मिला।

10 जिनके हाथ दुष्टता से भरे हैं, और जिनका दाहिना हाथ घूस से भरा है।

11 परन्तु मैं तो खराई से चलता रहूंगा; मुझे छुड़ा ले, और मुझ पर दया कर। 12 मेरा पांव चौरस स्थान पर स्थिर है; सभाओं में मैं यहोवा को धन्य कहूंगा।
