और लेवियों और याजकों ने यहोवा की स्तुति की, और दिन प्रतिदिन ऊंचे स्वर से बाजे बजाते हुए यहोवा के लिये गाते रहे। 22 और हिजकिय्याह ने उन सब लेवियों को जो यहोवा का अच्छा ज्ञान सिखाते थे, शान्ति दी; और उन्होंने पर्व के सात दिन तक भोजन किया, और मेलबलि चढ़ाए, और अपने पूर्वजों के परमेश्वर यहोवा के सम्मुख अंगीकार किया। 23 और सारी मण्डली ने सम्मति की कि और सात दिन पर्व मनाए जाएं;
