Book of Enock 27 - 28

1And from there, I went to another place towards the west, towards the outer edges of the earth. 2And I observed a fire running along without ceasing or deviating from its course either by day or by night, but it ran continually. 3And I inquired, saying, "What is this, which never ceases?"

Chapter 27

1And I said, "What is the meaning of this blessed land full of trees but then this accursed chasm?" 2Then one of the holy angels29 who was with me answered and said, 'This accursed chasm is for those who are accursed, until the end of the age. Here will be collected all those who are accursed, who say inappropriate things with their mouths against the Lord, and speak hard things about his glory. Here they will be collected, and here will be their dwelling-place. 3 In the final ages, in the days of the righteous judgment in front of the righteous, at each their time, the ungodly will bless the Lord of glory, the King of the Ages. 4 In those days of their judgment they will bless for mercy, insofar as he distributes it to them.' 5Then I blessed the Lord of glory, and I magnified and sang of his glory, as is appropriate.
